the Art shipped since i am not at home  right now , i am on the sea
and i work for chevron so i am on the oil rig right now working  , i
wont be on land till November because i am on
the oil rig and i work for chevron so i am sorry to tell you this I am
ready to
send the payment to your PayPal account and as I have said earlier
that i have a shipper that will come and  pick up the ART
from your place, my shipping agency told me that i must pay  the
pickup charges  of 2,800 to there head office  first before they
can schedule a date and time for pickup ,but the shipping company
don't accept  PayPal or credit card payments , they have made it clear
to me that they will only accept payment of 2800  through western
union or money gram only for quick processing ,all they use is
Western Union or money gram as mode of payment  and i have been
trying to send the
money online but
it's not going through and I am on the sea  now .there is no way i can find
a western union or money gram  agent office to make the transfer to my
pick up agent
here at the sea ,
so i wanted to ask you  if it will be OK for me to include my pickup
agent's fees of 2800  together with your payments into  your PayPal
Account, all i am saying in essence is that i am ready to make the
payment but i will really need  your help  to forward the 2800  to my
shipper by western union or money gram  if i send  you ( money  ) for the ART +
2800 for my shipping agency.
So you will help me wire the pick up fee of 2800 to my shipping
company via western Union or money gram
Money Transfer immediately i make the total payment  for
the ART + 2800  into your paypal account .I don't mean to bother
you I'm
sure you understand that I'm presently on the sea and i wont be on
land till 20, NOV and i  really want to buy this ART  before
someone else buy it  .The
bottom line is that  after I have made the payment into
your PayPal account , you will help me wire the  pick up agent fee  of
2800  to
my shipper through western union or money gram  transfer, I just
wanted to seek your
consent before going ahead with the payments the sum of 2800  will be
added to the payment that will be sent to your PayPal account  2800
is going to be
for the shipper,  and i will add  extra 500  for
Western Union
fee and transport to western union office  ( you will find a western
union or money gram office at any post office around you ), so I will
like you to
send  the
shipper's fee  via Western Union  to their address i will email you
once i have make the payment and . as soon as you receive
the payment confirmation from  PayPal
